Wrap Up time is a feature that blocks incoming calls to your App for a certain period of time at the end of each call so that you can complete any after call work without disturbance.
To set up Wrap Up time
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- Go to the Settings page
- Go to the Calling Preferences
- Scroll down to After Calls section
- Pick the duration that best suits your workflow : 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes or None.
A “back now” option
Wrap up time is triggered after any call (inbound or outbound) that lasts more than 5 seconds. If ever you're done before the countdown reaches 0 seconds, you can decide to come back earlier by clicking the timer and its ‘back now’ button. You will instantly become available again and receive calls as usual.
If ever you encounter a timer issue (e.g. the wrap up time shown is much longer than the time you have defined in your settings), please be sure to check that the time on your computer has been accurately set.
