What is wrap-up time?
Wrap-up time is a feature that blocks incoming calls to your specific station so as to have time to complete your after-call work.
How to set it up?
In your Aircall app :
- Go to Settings
- Calling Preferences
- After calls section
- Pick the duration that best suits your workflow : 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes or disable it altogether.
Please note that wrap-up time is disabled by default.
A “back now” option
Wrap-up time is triggered after any call (inbound or outbound) that lasts more than 5 seconds.
If ever you are done before the countdown reaches 0 seconds, you can decide to come back earlier by clicking the timer and its ‘back now’ button. You will instantly become available again and receive incoming calls as usual.
If ever you encounter a timer issue (e.g. the time shown is much longer than the time you have set in your settings), please be sure to check that the time on your computer has been accurately set.
