Your billing details are accessible from the Dashboard. To update your billing or company information:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Company in the left sidebar menu
- Scroll down to the Billing section in order to see your billing information
- Make any necessary edits to the card information or billing address, then click elsewhere on the page in order to save the information.
|Note: The billing information you change on this page will appear on all invoices moving forward, but will not update any invoices issued before the update.|
The credit card recorded in this section will be the one used for billing. If your Aircall account is not configured with credit card billing method, you will need to contact the Support team to update your billing information.
