The custom filter feature on your Desktop or Web app allows you to quickly and easily find a call by applying specific filters.
You can filter calls by:
- types (inbound or outbound)
To filter your calls
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- Go to the Activity page
- Click on the Custom filter icon on the top right corner
- Select your custom filters to display the calls you would like to see
- Click Apply
That's it! If you wish you can also instantly remove all applied filters by simply clicking on Reset filters!
