The custom filter setting on your Desktop or Web app allows you to quickly and easily filter calls based on your chosen search parameters.
How do I create a custom filter?
- Log in to your Desktop or Web app.
- Go to the Activity page.
- Click on the Custom filter icon on the top right corner.
- Select your custom filters to display the call settings you would like to see.
- Then, click Apply on the bottom right corner to save your settings.
