The Call recording feature allows you to record all inbound and outbound calls for some or all of your numbers. Recordings can be downloaded or played back at any time.
You can activate call recording directly from your dashboard, by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Numbers in the left sidebar menu
- Select the number for which you wish to activate call recording
- Scroll down to the Call recording section
- Click on Activate the call recording button.
Note: Users assigned to a line that has the call recording feature activated will be able to access the recordings.
Please make sure that call recording is legal in your country of residence.
