The Call recording feature allows you to record all inbound and outbound calls on your Aircall numbers. However, please note that internal calls between users from app to app will not be recorded.
You can then listen to or download the recordings at any time from the Aircall App.
All Users assigned to a line that has the call recording feature activated will be able to access the recordings.
Please first make sure that call recording is legal in your country of residence.
To activate call recording:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Numbers in the left sidebar menu
- Scroll down to Call recording section
- Click on Activate the call recording
