Activating the Voicemail feature on your Aircall Dashboard as an administrator is a breeze. Once you’re all set up, your clients will be able to leave messages if you or your team can’t get to the phone.
Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be checking your voicemail in no time:
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- Click on the phone icon on the bottom left corner to view the Activity page
- Go to the Inbox section of the app (all messages will appear here)
- Hover your cursor over the voicemail you would like to listen to and click on the Play button
That’s it! From there you can listen to your voicemail, call back your client, archive the message for later, or assign it to another teammate. *Please note that once you call back the voicemail or missed call in your inbox, the call will be automatically archived.
