Administrators can activate the Voicemail feature from the Dashboard for each number. Once activated, clients will be able to leave a message when you or teammates are unable to answer the call.
To check your voicemail:
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- Click on the phone icon on the bottom left corner to open the Activity page
- Go to the Inbox section. New voicemail messages will appear here
- Hover your cursor over the voicemail you wish to listen to and click on the Play button
That's it! You can now listen to all your voicemail, archive or call back!
