Tags can only be created and edited by an Admin.
Once created, tags can be applied by all Users, allowing them to quickly sort and categorize their calls.
To apply tags during a call:
- When you're in a call, click on the more items icon
- Select Add a tag and choose the tag(s) you would like to add
To apply tags after a call:
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- Click on thephone icon on the bottom left corner to open the Activity page
- Go to the All calls sections
- Locate the call you'd like to tag (you can use custom filters to locate a specific call)
- Click on Add tags and choose the tag(s) you would like to add
