Administrators can change their email address or their agents' directly from the Dashboard.
To do so:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Team in the left side menu
- Select a User and click on Edit user on the top right corner of the page
- Type in your new email address and hit Enter on your keyboard.
Once you’ve changed the email address, the User will receive an email from us with a confirmation link.
