Sometimes the email address that is linked to an account is no longer valid or needs to be changed. If this is the case, the Administrator will be able to change their email or a User's email directly from the Dashboard.
To change an email address:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Team on the left side menu
- Select a User and click on Edit user on the top right corner of the page
- Type in the new email address and hit Enter
- The user will receive an email from us with a confirmation link
If you should not receive the email confirmation link, please make sure to check your spam or other folders in your mailbox.
