Let's get you set up!
The Kustomer integration is still in beta. Therefore, in order to set it up, you must get in touch with your Kustomer account manager so he can create the workflows which will allow each call to be properly logged into Kustomer.
Once the workflows have been defined, you will need to ask for a webhook URL to be added in the integration page on your Dashboard.
Add the Kustomer webhook
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on the Integrations section in the left sidebar menu
- Select Webhook and add the Kustomer webhook
- Choose the Aircall events you want to log into Kustomer. If you want only calls to be logged, please switch on the following events: call.created, call.answered and call.ended
- Confirm by pressing on Save.
