Helping your customers get the answers they need sometimes means you might need to take detailed notes during your conversation. Using the comment box directly in the phone app allows you to remember these important notes for later.
Additionally, adding comments are helpful to your teammates as the next agent in contact will be able to have all of the relevant notes related to the customers' request.
Commenting during the call
- when you are in a call, click below in the comment box to start typing your notes
- no need to click save as comments are automatically saved once typed into the comment field
Commenting after the call
- click on the hamburger icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the app to open the activity page
- go to the section called all calls to click on the call you'd like to add a comment to (you can apply custom filters to locate a specific call if needed)
- click on add a comment and simply type in the comment you would like to add. The comment will automatically be saved
Integrations & your Comments
Keep in mind that when adding comments to your calls in Aircall, it will automatically sync & appear in your integration!
