Customer Success can depend on many things, including making sure the right person is handling specific calls. You can easily do this do this by assigning a call to a team member.
Assigning a call during a call
- During the call, click on the more items icon
- Select Assign this call and choose the User you would like to assign the call to
Assigning a call when it has ended
- Open your Desktop or Web app
- From the Inbox section, select the call you would like to assign and click on the Assign icon to choose an agent
- From the All calls section, click on the call and Assign to teammate
And that’s it! The call will be assigned to your teammate the next time they log on.
