Agents can assign calls to a teammate in order to ensure that the most appropriate agent is handling a specific call.
Assign a call during the call
- During the call, click on the more items icon
- Select Assign this call and choose the Agent you would like to assign the call to.
Assign a call after the call
- Log in to your Desktop or Web app
- From the Inbox section, select the call you would like to assign and click on the Assign icon to choose an agent
- From the All calls section, click on the call and Assign to teammate
