There are several reasons for which some numbers may not be reachable through Aircall:
The number is invalid
The message "oops! the format is invalid" is displayed on your app if the format of the number is invalid. This applies also to short numbers which are not supported by Aircall and numbers that do not respect the E164 format.
The message “Invalid Number” is displayed on your app if the number is not currently allocated. Please check if you typed the number correctly.
The number is blocked
Outbound calls to certain countries and other premium routes are currently not admitted on Aircall by default. In this case, the message "Blocked number" will be displayed on your app.

The number is unreachable
Sometimes a call cannot be connected through our different carriers, this can be due to various service related reasons. In these cases, you will need to try again until the issue is resolved.
The number is busy
If the person you are trying to reach is already in call or has declined the call, please try again later.
Call not answered
The person you are calling has not answered the call (the call is stopped after 45sec if it has not been answered and the voicemail has not been reached). Please try again later.
