The Call overview and statistics is a feature offered only to Aircall Admins for all Aircall plans. The Calls & Stats tab is accessible from the Aircall Admin Dashboard and provides an overview of the global monthly call activity and details concerning individual user activity.
Available stats allow Aircall admins to:
- Analyze trends in call volume: apply appropriate solutions to improve your customer service.
- Check stats per user: allowing you to improve productivity based on individual stats.
To export your Call overview
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Calls & Stats from the left sidebar menu.
- On the top of the overview page select the appropriate month and line.
- Click on Export selection.
- Look for an Excel document sent to the email linked to your Aircall account.
