The Call overview and statistics is a feature available to Admins only on all Aircall plans. Accessible from the Dashboard, it provides an overview of your global monthly call activity and details about individual users' activity.
Statistics available allow you to:
- Analyze the trend of growth in call volume so that you apply appropriate solutions to improve your customer service.
- Check stats per user, allowing you to improve productivity.
To export your Call overview
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Calls & Stats on the left sidebar menu
- On the top of the overview page, select a month and a line
- Click on Export selection
- You will receive an Excel document to the email linked to your Aircall account
