We've introduced our brand new Team feature that allows you to create a team and assign it directly to your numbers. This enables you to transfer to a team rather than a team member in order to limit call rollbacks during transfers, significantly reduce missed calls by defining back-up teams for your numbers, and improve call distribution among agents.
Jump into the new distribution in a few clicks
To set up your Aircall number according to our new call distribution, you need to:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click on Numbers in the left sidebar menu
- Select the number you would like to set Call Distribution for
- Enable the feature by clicking on the blue banner on top of the page and follow the guide to configure the new call distribution
- The new call distribution is now activated on your account.
Once you've activated this new feature on your account, all you need to do is apply the new call distribution to each one of your numbers. To enable the feature on a number, just click on the blue insert that will appear at the bottom right corner to switch to the next call distribution.
That's it! You're now ready to start making the most of this new feature!
