To begin, please check that you have admin rights both in Aircall and Zoho and that all Aircall users are using the same email address for both accounts.
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Select Integrations in the left sidebar menu
- Select Zoho Phonebridge and select the numbers you would like to link to the integration
- Select Zoho Desk
- You will be redirected to your Zoho Desk account
- Login and click on Accept to finalize the integration
Once you have completed these quick steps, your integration is active!
