In order to begin using your Aircall CTI with HubSpot, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that you are a HubSpot Enterprise user.
2. Have already activated the standard HubSpot integration by following these steps
3. Contact your Aircall or HubSpot Account Manager to request access or a demo.
In order to begin using the new CTI, please click on the Call Section of your HubSpot Integration. Once you click on the Call button, a new tab will open at the bottom of your screen.
This is the Aircall CTI where you will make calls from. Please make sure to enter in your credentials to log in and begin using the feature.
Once you have logged in, click on Call from Browser to dial the number directly to the Aircall CTI. This will enable the CTI to automatically pop-up. To begin the call, press enter from your keyboard.
While you are in a call, you can minimize the Aircall CTI to take notes within the HubSpot Call View Tab. After you have completed the call, press the save button to save any notes written in HubSpot to ensure they are pushed to the call event.
As soon as you have ended the call in the CTI, the ticket will be updated with the notes taken in the HubSpot call view and will keep intact the information already logged by Aircall (tickets will appear as pictured below).
Please keep in mind that you can press the Save button before the call ends and the notes written in HubSpot will be saved. However, it is important to push the Save button at the end of the call to ensure that the comments are pushed.
