Aircall adds call center capabilities to Pipedrive, centralizes all phone operations in one single-interface and uses data in Pipedrive to give context to interactions.
This integration will enable you to boost your productivity with the following features:
- Aircall automatically logs calls for every call made, missed, received and voicemail within a contact and the deal associated to it.
- To view the contact history, you'll need to click on "see contact page" on the phone app to view the contact history in Pipedrive when a call is made or received.
- When picking up the phone, a logged call activity is automatically created. This call is automatically assigned to you. You can then take notes while talking with your client and not miss any information!
- Call transfers, comments, and recordings automatically sync from Aircall & appear in Pipedrive.
- When receiving a call in Aircall, an in-app link will appear allowing you to open up the contact's page in Pipedrive.
- You can click on a number in Pipedrive to start a call on Aircall.
- Call data will appear in your Pipedrive activities tab.
