Aircall adds call center capabilities to Pipedrive, centralizes all phone operations in one single-interface and uses data in Pipedrive to give context to interactions.
This integration will enable you to boost your productivity with the following features:
- Aircall automatically logs calls for every call made, missed, received and voicemail within a contact and the deal associated to it.
- The contact history will pop up on Pipedrive when a call is made or received.
- When picking up the phone, a ticket is automatically created and opens on your screen. This ticket is automatically assigned to you. You can then take notes while talking with your client and not miss any information!
- Call transfers, comments, and recordings automatically sync from Aircall & appear on Pipedrive.
- When receiving a call from a contact registered in Pipedrive, an in-app link will appear allowing you to open up the contact's page.
- You can click on a number in Pipedrive to start a call on Aircall.
- Call data will appear in your Pipedrive dashboard.
