The integration between Aircall and Shopify has a lot to offer when it comes to getting your team up and running. Aircall will instantly display each customer’s contact information, past orders, tracking numbers, order status, and links to Shopify during a phone call. That way your agents don’t need to manually look for information when they make or receive a phone call.
The best part is that setting up the integration is a quick and easy process, and can be done directly from your Aircall dashboard.
Note: Before you start, ensure that you have admin rights in Aircall.
Now you’re ready to get started! Let's take a look:
- Log into your Aircall Dashboard
- Select Integrations on the left sidebar menu
- Scroll down to “Discover More Integrations”
- Click on “Shopify”
When the Shopify installation page appears, click the green “Install” button on the top left corner.
The next page will ask for permission for the integration. Please click “Authorize”.
Next, enter your Shopify store URL when prompted.
Click “Connect to Shopify”.
Please note that Aircall can only recognize a customer if the phone number is already present in your Shopify account. To ensure proper synchronization, please make sure that your contacts are fully updated.
And that’s it! You’re now connected and your Shopify integration is ready to go. You’re all set to personalize phone interactions and provide great service to each customer.
