Ready for some exciting changes? The Aircall Phone (for desktop) has been redesigned with a new technical framework and an updated interface.
During the Beta phase, Aircall users will have the opportunity to try the new phone and share their feedback. This will help our product and engineering teams to make sure that the new phone is engaging a positive experience before we roll it out to all of our Aircall users.
Following a “closed beta”, during which we worked with a few selected customers, we are now in an "open beta" phase and we are gradually expanding the beta to more companies, eventually inviting all Aircall users to try the new phone.

Why don’t I see the beta toggle?
We are progressively rolling out the beta to Aircall customers and it may take some time before your company will have access.
Who has access to the beta?
We are progressively rolling out the beta to customers. When we open the beta for a company, each user within the company will have access at the same time.
How do I get my company into the beta?
You are welcome to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to request access! We’ll try to open it as soon as possible.
Can I switch freely between phone versions?
Absolutely. During the beta period, you can switch back and forth any time between the new phone and the old phone using the beta switch in your settings.
How long will the beta last?
We expect the beta period to last for approximately two months. We want to make sure that everything included in this new phone meets the needs of our customers. When we feel confident about this, we’ll progressively switch off the old version.
I’m experiencing problems with the beta version. How can I report issues?
You can report any problems through our regular support channels. We also encourage you to leave your feedback by responding to the prompt if you switch from the beta back to the old phone. You may also contact your account manager with any questions or comments about the beta.
