Here’s what you need to know about how to update an existing Zoho Phonebridge integration with the latest version of the Aircall ZohoCRM integration. Note: This is available for ZohoCRM users only. ZohoDesk users should configure or continue to use the Zoho Phonebridge integration.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you are a ZohoCRM admin who configured the Aircall Zoho Phonebridge integration prior to June 12, 2019, you’ll need to install the latest version of the ZohoCRM integration in order to continue to sync your platforms.
Thankfully, the installation only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Delete your existing Zoho Phonebridge integration
Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in both Aircall and ZohoCRM.
- To begin, login to your Aircall account.
- From your Aircall Dashboard, select Integrations on the left sidebar menu.
- Scroll to find Zoho Phonebridge in your list of My Integrations.
- Click on the delete icon button, and then click on Delete.
Step 2: Configure your new Zoho CRM integration
From the Integrations section on the left sidebar menu of your Aircall account, select ZohoCRM. Then, follow these easy installation steps here.
