The Aircall Support Team might ask you to send a call example so that we can further investigate an issue that has been reported. In doing so, it helps our technical team solve issues more quickly.
All you need to do is:
- Open your Aircall Phone (desktop or web application)
- Follow the video guide below for precise instructions on copying the UUID number
- Send it to the team at email@example.com with a description of the issue
Submit your call examples along with your feedback by either making a ticket-writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, through the live chat or through the Help section on your Phone under Report an Issue.
