Looking to change things up in your number setup? You can easily switch your number from an IVR (interactive voice response) to a classic number through the Aircall Dashboard if you are an Admin user.
First, you'll need to login to the Dashboard.
Then, you'll need to select the IVR number you would like to switch back to a Classic number.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see the settings specific to that number. Scroll down to the section called, Call Distribution. Click on the grey arrow to open the drop-down menu.
Select, Switch Off IVR mode.
A window will slide out of the right-hand side of the screen and ask you to confirm this selection. Select, save to apply the changes.
