Once you have downloaded and installed our Android app, the next step is to make sure that your settings are properly set up to use Aircall.
Allow Aircall settings
- Log in to your Android app
- You will then receive the two messages below to configure your app
Aircall requires access to your microphone. In order to provide access, click “Allow Microphone”.
This will take you to the next window where you’ll be prompted to allow Aircall to record audio. In order to provide access, click “Allow”.
Note: In Aircall, you can choose to activate or deactivate the call recording feature on each of your lines, but it’s important to allow your phone to activate this feature before you decide to enable or disable it on each of your lines.
Allow the Aircall app to run in the background. This will allow you to stay connected and receive calls and notifications even when you’re not in the app. Make sure to click “Allow in background” and then “Allow” at the next window.
Now you are ready to start using Aircall!
You will only receive these messages when you log into the Android App for the first time. If at any given time, the app detects that these settings are not correctly set up, the messages will pop up again.
