Once you've downloaded the Phone application on your device, you can choose your calling preferences and settings to make your Aircalling more fluid.
Let's take a look at setting these preferences up.
- Open your Phone application
- Click on your user profile in the lower right-hand corner
- Navigate to Call Preferences
Pop-up onscreen when app rings
When this feature is activated, the Phone application will be brought forward in front of all other open applications currently opened on your desktop.
If you don’t want to have to use a mouse, you can choose to activate keyboard shortcuts for picking up, declining or hanging up your calls. Kindly note that enabling the keyboard commands may prevent accidental call rejections.
You can choose to set a wrap-up time to complete any tasks that occur after you've ended your conversation. Keep in mind that when you apply a wrap-up time, you will be unable to receive new calls until the wrap-up time has been completed or you have pushed yourself back to available.

Now that you've customized your preferences, you're now ready to make and receive calls even more productively!
